We have new professionally fitted, air conditioned and furnished offices that offer everything you would expect from an office in 2013. Fast internet speed, both wireless and cable including modern equipment and state of the art phone system. Along with this is brand new reception area for your waiting clients to sit comfortably in style. A modern boardroom and function/conference room for those who like to provide a more professional front to their clients wether it be for meetings, conferencing, functions etc both equipped with remote activity for power point presentations and those who are more tech savvy, we provide apple connectivity.

 

The centre has a new fully equipped kitchenette with real coffee, a selection of teas and filtered water. We also have confectionery and soft drinks available for purchase. This is available 24/7 for our Serviced Office clients, along with use of everything you would expect in a contemporary kitchen.

 

We offer a friendly reception service, secretarial support including everything you need for a modern office. You will also have access to our modern multifunction printer/photocopier/scanner and our modern phone system.

 

Located on a junction between arterial roads, this business centre is easily reached. There is the convenience of plenty of free parking a great number of shops, cafes, restaurants and other amenities which exist within walking distance of the site also.

Included in your office rental is professional cleaning every week, to ensure the cleanliness of your space. All common areas of the Business Centre are also well maintained.

No contracts

With no lock-in contracts, rooms are available for as little as a 1 hour 'hot office'. Dedicated single and double suites are available on month-to-month bookings. We also have function rooms & boardrooms available for hire.

Admin Support

Full service admin & reception facilities are available during business hours including incoming call servicing, meet & greet office visitors, and mail collection.





Single suites from $180/week, Double suites from $280/week

Also available Hot Office single & double suites for short term hourly leases, Function Room hire for seating up to 60 guests, and full or half day boardroom hire with video conferencing and internet facilities included.
